Raynard Struck is a native bilingual New Mexican from Taos who received a B.A. from Pitzer College (Claremont Colleges, CA) in Organizational Management with minors in Economics and Sociology. At the law firm of Medrano Struck, P.C., Raynard practices in the areas of Personal Injury law, Insurance Law, GAL(Personal Injury), Insurance Bad Faith and other civil matters. Raynard is bilingual in Spanish and loves representing people who have been wronged by others and do not speak English.
Raynard received his J.D. degree, from the University Of New Mexico School Of Law in 1999. Raynard first career was as an insurance adjuster for Allstate in Southern California. One of the main reasons he left the insurance industry and went to law school was the insurance industry’s lack of “fairness” towards people who make claims for damages due to fault of others.
Raynard is a member New Mexico State bar, as well as a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyer Association (NMTLA), Sports Lawyers Association (SLA), and the Hispanic Bar Association. Raynard was appointed to serve as Board of Bar Commissioner for the 2nd Judicial District.
Raynard has also served as General Counsel for the Albuquerque Isotopes and New Mexico Scorpions. Raynard is also a partner in DNR Sports Management Group specializing in at sports agency. Raynard was appointed by Governor Bill Richardson’s Council on Physical Fitness and Awareness.
